Wei Changsheng spent one halfseason in Serbia where he played in Serbia Super league for FC Radnicki. Here’s a little retrospective of what we went through together.
In Serbia his leadership qualities immediately stood out and from the begining Wei led his team as a captain even though he is foreigner.

From first championship game away against Radnicki Kragujevac, Wei (number 4) take his place in central defence, and leading his team for first victory with clean sheets.

Championship away match agaist FC Indjija. In this match Wei played like def.midfielder. He wear white jersey number 10.
Evening recovery in the pool
Using evening hours for good recovery and preparation for the following efforts. We always had a large Olympic pool at our disposal, and a small pool suitable for recovery work with our trainer.

Round 23 of Serbian Super league match home against OFK Belgrad one of best youth academies in Serbia. In this match Changsheng Wei (number 10, white jersey) played on position of def.midfielder. Five Chinese players was in starting 11.
Relation with coaches
We always had a great relationship with all the coaches, inspiring good communication, and maximum respect. All the coaches at the club contributed to the training and education of Chinese players on daily basis.

We learn english few times per week.

Shopping time
Always there is time for shopping.
Still continuing to play friendly matches against senior teams with the goal of strengthening the players as soon as possible. In matches like this Wei was our captain.
Quarantine before the match in Belgrade against International, where current coach of FC Red Star Belgrade visited us to give us important details about the opponent.

“My Town – My Club” social activity
Hanging out with the youngest kids from a local school as part of the successful action “My Town – My Club”, which has done a lot to popularize football and a healthy life. This action helped to attract the youngest Serbian children to the football fields where the Chinese players made significant contributions.

One of biggest wins vs Vojvodina, great football team from Novi Sad. Round 25 of Serbian Super league, on tribune was high delegation from Shanghai SIPG. Our team play fantastic game. In starting 11 was 5 Chinese players.
Shared and constructive meals are an integral part of our routine.
The “Gunners” arrived in Serbia
We followed FC Arsenal in Champions League game in Serbia.
During spring season 2018, our team Radnicki with 6 Chinese players finished on 10th place in Super league of Serbia.
Juniors U19 2018 (springtime)
In his time in Serbia Wei showed his personality, and he showed that in the future he will be an important player for his club Hebei CFFC, as well as for the Chinese football.
Wei Changsheng debuted for Hebei CFFC in CSL 1st December 2019, in victory in away game vs Wuhan Zall. We are proud of Wei and wish him much success in the upcoming season 2020.

Zhu Zhengyu arrived in Serbia when he was 21 years old, loaned from Shanghai SIPG. He played one halfseason for BSK in Serbia League One, and after that he continue his career in CSL club Guizhou Henfeng.
